Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Bioloom ("we", "our", "the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bioloom is a link-in-bio platform that enables creators to build customizable pages to share links, sell digital products, collect payments, and grow their audience. The Service includes page creation, theme customization, analytics, short links, contact forms, email collection, and payment processing via Stripe.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One account per person unless on a team plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Bioloom to:
  • Host illegal content or promote illegal activity
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive redirects
  • Impersonate other individuals, brands, or organizations
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages via contact forms
  • Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content on your Bioloom page including links, products, media, and contact information. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

A free plan is available. The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Product sales and tip jar payments are processed through Stripe Connect and paid directly to your connected Stripe account. Bioloom does not hold funds on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

Bioloom retains all rights to the platform, code, and brand. You retain full ownership of your content, products, and creative materials. You grant Bioloom a limited license to display your content as part of the Service.

8. Platform Rights

We may suspend accounts, remove content, or modify features at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. No uptime guarantees are made unless covered by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bioloom's total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the prior 12 months. In no event shall Bioloom be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bioloom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Your data is retained for 30 days after account deletion, during which you may export it. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the dashboard with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
